The new prices will automatically apply to your services starting from your invoice in May 2023. You do not need to make any changes.

You may have noticed that the prices on Microsoft.com differ from ours, and appear to be slightly lower. Please be aware that these prices are for annual licenses and annual billing terms; that is, 12 months paid upfront, with a small discount accordingly. On the other hand, all of our licenses are monthly rolling and can be upgraded or cancelled with just 30 days notice.
Please note that all our Microsoft 365 products are billed in GBP currency. If your native currency differs, the payment gateway (eg credit card merchant processor, or PayPal) will automatically convert this pricing for you - the rates of which we do not control.
