Google Workspace price increases May 2023

Please note that Google have updated their pricing structure for Workspace (formerly G Suite) accounts, and we will follow suit in May 2023. Prices are increasing for all product license types.

Additionally, all new orders are placed under yearly commitments by default, rather than monthly. This means all new licenses/users can be upgraded at any time, but not downgraded or cancelled until 12 months after the date of purchase.

Existing licenses will remain on their current monthly or yearly license terms, but with updated pricing as follows:

What will happen?

We will automatically upgrade all licenses to the respective new prices in May 2023. If you're a Google Workspace customer of ours, you'll soon receive an email with the expected pricing based on your current license count.

 

Small subscriptions will not change until January 2024.

If your Google Workspace subscription contains 10 or fewer licenses (typically 1 license per user), your pricing will not change until January 2024.

We understand that the prospect of price increases and yearly commitments are daunting and never come at a good time. If you use Google Workspace solely for email, you may be able to save money by switching to an alternative email product, such as our Email-Only hosting or Microsoft Exchange Online.
