On September 1st 2019, cPanel are changing their product and pricing structure. This affects your hosting service from us, and your service fees will increase.

What is cPanel?

cPanel is the world’s most popular web hosting control panel, delivering fast and easy access to key functions like emails, file uploads, databases, PHP settings, website backups, and so much more. It powers the interface you use to administer your server and configure your website.

New cPanel Product & Pricing Structure

cPanel’s old licenses - $15 “VPS/Cloud” and $35 “bare metal” – are being discontinued. Currently, we charge a monthly fee of £10/$10 per cPanel VPS/Cloud license. Starting from September 1st 2019, these licenses will be replaced by a new product structure that is priced by the number of cPanel accounts hosted per server:

Product

cPanel price

Our price

cPanel Admin (5 accounts)

$20 / £17

$14 / £11

cPanel Pro (30 accounts)

$30 / £25

$20 / £16

cPanel Plus (50 accounts)

-

$28 / £23

cPanel Premier (100 accounts)

$45 / £38

$35 / £28

Premier overage (per 50 accounts)

$10 / £8

$5 / £4

We’ve worked closely with cPanel to secure the best possible prices, and as a result we’re offering cheaper prices than cPanel’s retail, exclusively to our cloud server customers.

What happens next?

We will process the product changes on September 1st 2019 in line with cPanel’s new structure, and your following invoices will be automatically updated to match the nearest cPanel product tier for your usage. If you pay by Bank Transfer, Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card, no changes should be necessary from your side. If you have set up a Standing Order or PayPal subscription, you may need to make adjustments in line with the new service fees.

If you have any questions, or would like to clarify your fees following September 1st changes, please open a support ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
